Delete your Senzora account

This page explains how to delete your Senzora account and the personal data linked to it. The Senzora app is listed on Google Play as "Senzora - Remote Viewing" and is operated by Villu Järvesoo.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to support@senzora.app from the email address of your account. Use the subject "Delete my Senzora account".
- We confirm your request by email and delete your data within 30 days, usually much sooner.
If the button does nothing, your device has no email program set up for web links. Write to us from your usual email instead: support@senzora.app
You can also open this page from the app: Options, then "Delete my account".
Cancel your subscription first
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription, and after deletion your Premium access ends.
- Subscribed through Google Play: open the Play Store app, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, choose Senzora and tap Cancel subscription.
- Paid through PayPal or another way: cancel there, or tell us in your email and we will help.
What we delete
- Your account and sign-in (email address and password).
- Your subscription record: plan, end date and payment channel.
- The emails we stored for you, such as the welcome message with the e-book.
- The record linked to your account ID at our subscription service provider, RevenueCat.
What we keep
- Anonymous session statistics. They contain no name, email or account ID, so they cannot be linked to you.
- Records we must keep by law, if any, for as long as the law requires.
- Google Play purchase history. Google keeps it under its own policy, and we cannot delete it.
Data on your phone
Your sessions and settings on your phone stay there until you uninstall the app or clear its data in your phone settings.
Never created an account?
Then there is nothing to delete. Free use of Senzora needs no account and no email address.
